Data we collect
- Account data: Username, hashed password (or passkey credential), email address.
- Lab data: Compounds, inventory, journal entries, synthesis routes, and docking results you create.

- Session data: Standard Django session cookie, stored server-side.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to operate the application. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. No analytics services or tracking scripts are used.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the administrator. Discord connection data is deleted immediately when you disconnect your Discord account via account settings.
Security
Data is stored on a privately operated server with access restricted to the administrator. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Passkey credentials (WebAuthn) are stored as public keys only.
Third-party services
The only third-party authentication integration is Discord OAuth2, which is optional. No other third-party services receive your personal data.
